We offer 3 levels of Residential Cleaning as a general outline. However, we personalize our cleans for all of our clients. 

PLAN A

General overall cleaning

We recommend this service for families that clean their homes on a regular basis (at least 4 times per month).

  • Garbage emptied

  • Top of table and chairs cleaned

Living Areas

  • Flat areas hand wiped

  • Doors and door frames spot cleaned

  • Cobwebs removed

  • Picture frames dusted

  • Ceiling fans dusted

  • Lamp shades dusted

  • Intricate items dusted

  • Heavy knickknack areas dusted

  • Window sills, ledges, and blinds dusted

  • Wood floors cleaned

  • Stairs vacuumed

  • Already accessible floors vacuumed

  • Bedding changed and washed per request

Kitchen Areas

  • Counter tops cleaned

  • Outside of range hood cleaned

  • Top and front of range cleaned

  • Drip pans or glass top surfaces cleaned

  • Sinks cleaned and chrome shined

  • Front of all appliances cleaned

PLAN B

Extra scrub cleaning

Families with children and pets use this service on an ongoing basis. We pay extra attention to the details and hidden corners of your home.

  • Shower door/tracks given extra attention

  • Doors and door frames hand wiped

  • Knickknacks individually cleaned

  • Front of cabinets hand wiped

  • Baseboards and window sills hand wiped

  • Floors given extra attention

  • Faucets, sinks, and drains tooth-brushed

  • Laundry room surfaces cleaned

Living Areas

  • All of PLAN A items

  • Doors and door frames hand wiped

  • Pictures & decorations hand wiped

  • Furniture surfaces hand wiped

  • Baseboards hand wiped

  • Furniture and upholstery vacuumed

  • Carpet edges vacuumed

  • Floors given extra attention

  • Books and magazines neatly organized

  • Wash faceplates, door knobs, heater vent

  • Baseboards and window sills hand wiped

PLAN C

Spring detail cleaning

This is our most detailed service, and is recommended twice a year for every household. Many realtors and families use this service for move-in/out cleaning, as well as for pre- or post-party cleaning.

  • Door knobs detailed and shined

Living Areas
